We’re really aiming to close for week of the 14th. Banking and ITIN delays have been the main hold ups. Garfield buyer is visiting Cleveland that week and can’t receive his banking docs without visiting a local branch (his account was locked due to some transfers.) The Libby buyer barely speaks English and it’s been a slow crawl….he is receiving his ITIN this week and should have the rest squared away.


Libby will follow that closing.


Was supposed to close last week, but awaiting appraisal from lender.


All 3 properties are now under contract for sale, subject to financing, and set to close within next 5 weeks. Libby – Oct. 13


Unit is rented, we are pending a section 8 inspection for this Friday. Tenant should be in by October 1st as well, as long as everything goes smooth. We are also in need to do the concrete driveway, after it has been completed we can request a re-inespection from City and get the funds released from Escrow that the Title company is holding.
