Nathan Turner

Nathan Turner started investing in the US real estate market in 2008. He started by creating notes and eventually evolved to buying non performing notes to get property at well below market value. He has been involved in all facets of the note business and is now teaching others how to profit from this great opportunity. Although notes can be used to acquire properties for less than market value Nathan would rather spend his time dealing with the paper side of the business than the “bricks”. He has found that dealing with the loans is much less cumbersome and in many cases more profitable.

 
While he does teach the note business he would rather be in the trenches spends most of his time working with several investors to help them realize the great profits and advantages of notes.
